End User License Agreement1. DEFINITION. "Software" means the computer programs and databases contained in this file set, together with any updates subsequently supplied by Inchol Solutions. "Software Copies" means the actual copies of all or any portion of the Software, including backups, update, merged or partial copies permitted hereunder or subsequently supplied by Inchol Solutions. "Related Materials" means all of the printed materials (if any) later supplied by Inchol Solutions for use with the Software.
2. PERMITTED USES. You may: Use the Software (personal, standard and professional versions) on a single terminal or a single workstation of a computer (or its replacement). This license gives you certain rights to use the Software, and Related Materials. Inchol Solutions retains title to all of the Software and Related Materials. You agree to use your best efforts to protect the Software from unauthorized use, reproduction distribution, or publication. All rights not specifically granted in this license are reserved by Inchol Solutions.
3. USES NOT PERMITTED. You may NOT create or use an extra copy of the Software on a home or laptop computer. You may not make copies of the Software, in whole or in part. You may not make copies of Related Materials. You may not use the Software in a network or multiple- user arrangement unless you pay for and obtain a separate license for each terminal or work station from which the Software actually will be accessed. You may not rent, lease, lend, sub license, or transfer the Software, Related Materials or your rights under this license. You may not Alter, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer the Software. You may not remove or obscure the Inchol Solutions copyright and trademark notices.
4. DURATION. This license is in effect until terminated. You may terminate it at any time by destroying the Software, and Related Materials. It will also terminate immediately if you fail to comply with any term or condition of this Agreement. You agree upon such termination to destroy the Software, and Related Materials. If this Software is an upgrade or trade-up from a previous version of Inchol Solutions products, Inchol Solutions does not grant you the right to use the prior version of the Software. Note that any prior version license is replaced by this Agreement.
5. GENERAL. This Agreement, the Privacy Policy and the Terms and Conditions, represent our entire understanding and agreement regarding the Software and Related Materials. By viewing this page, you acknowledge that you have read this license agreement and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
