By customers agreeing and accepting the following terms and conditions, Inchol Solutions Inc. has the opportunity to provide the best service and support our products and services have to offer. You are encouraged to read the following agreement prior to the initiation of your service. Inchol Solutions reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions including changes in pricing and/or services at any time without notice. Customers are encouraged to occasionally revisit this page to review this information, which together with our privacy policy, governs Inchol Solutions relationship with you in relation to this website and our products

Inchol Solutions Inc. makes no warranties of any kind, whether expressed or implied. Inchol Solutions Inc. takes no responsibility for any damages obtained by the customer, including, but not limited to, loss of data or service interruptions caused by Inchol Solutions Inc.'s own negligence or customer's errors and/or omissions. It is a customer's responsibility to maintain their website unless Inchol Solutions Inc. has been contracted to do so. Otherwise the owner of the website must keep a valid copy of all customer's data and materials generated or inspired by Inchol Solutions products or services. Inchol Solutions has the right to withdraw or modify product specifications, make upgrades and improvements without notice.

Inchol Solutions nor anyone else involved in providing services pursuant to this agreement will be liable to customer or any third party for any claims or damages of any kind that may arise out of the use or inability to use Inchol Solutions products or services. Further, no liability shall be imposed to Inchol Solutions or affiliates whether or not resulting from fault or negligence on Inchol Solutions's part. Therefore, customer will take reasonable precaution to exclude Inchol Solutions from being made a party to any lawsuit or claim regarding Inchol Solutions services or products provided to customer.

Inchol Solutions services may only be used in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. You may not resell any account or service provided to you by Inchol Solutions Inc. Inchol Solutions reserves the right to change its pricing at any time. Customers that remain within the Terms and Conditions in this agreement and are on a prepaid account may request a refund for the unused term of service up to the amount determined by Inchol Solutions in its sole and absolute discretion.

Automated credit card or check debit processing will be automatically renewed on your Account expiration date, unless the account is cancelled at least three business days in advance of the expiration date. If cancellation request has not been confirmed prior to at least three business days, Inchol Solutions Inc. is not responsible for auto processing charges, and customer agrees to accept responsibility with bank or Credit Card Company. It is the customer's responsibility to request corrections to any processing fees that occur after receiving your credit card/bank statement. No customer requests will be reviewed after 35 days from the day of challenge. There is a $30.00 service charge for each returned check.

Should you cancel your web hosting account prior to the anniversary of your service start date, your refund may be granted upon Inchol Solutions discretion. The cost of the domain registration and setup fees will be subtracted from any refund you may be granted. Non-renewed accounts that are unpaid after 10 days, their web content will be deleted from our servers. Any account not brought current due to non-payment is subject to suspension.  Reinstatement may only be possible after paying all applicable fees in full within the 10 day period. Inchol Solutions Inc. is not responsible for loss of data in regards to web pages. All cancellation requests must be sent to Inchol Solutions by e-mail or inchol's website feedback and you must receive confirmation from Inchol Solutions with validation for the cancellation to be effective.

You are responsible to monitor and censor the activity on your account. If you need assistance in configuring your computer, instructions are available in electronic form from inchol.com website or Inchol Solutions can help you configure your website for an additional setup fee to be charged on your credit card only. Inchol Solutions shall not be liable for any damages including loss of data, loss of profits, incidental or consequential, or indirect from damages arising from engagement and will have no liability for any customer or third party directly or indirectly that equipment and/or data was damaged or rendered unusable during or after service with Inchol Solutions. Customer acknowledges all risk.

Inchol Solutions offers customed web applications and Inchol CMS software that facilitates the creation and editing of a website by a current customer. This software is a publishing system that is accessible via a compatible web browser over the Internet. Some special features may require Internet Explorer.  Inchol Solutions takes no responsibility as to the security, functionality, or any feature of the customer's created website. Upon activation of a valid account, Inchol Solutions customers may use the software's powerful editors and modules to create a website and then publish the website to a web host of their choice including our own web host services. Websites created with Inchol Solutions' software can use the Inchol Solutions control panel to make changes within their site.
